New boardwalk planned for Puerto Rico's Old San Juan: SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico - The government of Puerto Rico plans to build a 2-mile boardwalk using the popular El Morro fort in Old San Juan as its base. Resident Commissioner Pedro Pierluisi says officials are still identifying the boardwalk's exact route.
